Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students enjoy reading. The bean bags will give them the opportunity to sit comfortably and read at our classroom library.
Throughout the day, most students sit at a desk.
Because of this some of my students need to get up and stretch their limbs. In addition, by having this flexible seating this gives those students who need to move and fidget that opportunity. Hopefully, this will lead to increased student engagement and improve focus for classroom activities.
With limited classroom space, this flexible seating for the classroom library will provide those brain breaks that students need to achieve their maximum learning.
