My Project
My 9th grade students are a passionate and curious group of young people constantly in search of deeper meaning and connection with each other and the world around them. As a diverse community, they will benefit greatly from the "No Fear Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet" as it removes language barriers that make it accessible to all students, regardless of their home langauge and ability. "Speak" will provide us with a unique voice to enagge in deeper discussions around issues that helps students create their own authetic voice and thinking.
With these titles my students will be able to critically enage in the universal themes and stories and help build compassion and empathy for their shared experience.
