My Project
My students are food motivated especially when it comes to snacks. Most of my students are from a low-income family and don't get snacks at home. Some of my students stay after school for tutoring and get hungry during that time.
My goal is to use the snacks as rewards, when they're hungry, or when they are staying for tutoring.
Not only will these snacks be as described, but they are also for times when we have tests. The snacks keep them motivated and awake throughout the assessments. Some actually save them as an award for themselves when they finish their assessments. I have seen some saving their snacks to bring home to their younger siblings.
