Fidgets are more than just toys; they serve as essential tools for individuals who benefit from sensory input, providing a constructive outlet for anxiety and restlessness. By integrating fidgets into SEL activities, we can create a more inclusive and supportive environment that fosters emotional well-being and academic success.
