My students attend a Title I elementary school. This means that they receive free meals due to their socioeconomic status. These children are eager to learn and need "TLC". Unfortunately, since our city school is a public school, there is very little funding for curriculum materials and classroom supplies; and especially now with current pandemic budget cuts.
My children, my students, are super special and are empowered to believe and achieve.

My Project
Hi! During the pandemic students were not permitted to drink directly from water fountains due to safety concerns and regulations. We are still following these guidelines. I am looking to be able to provide my 3 year old students with clean, safe and water I personally would drink comfortably myself. That is, from bottle water or using a disposable cup or even water bottle. The little ones do not know enough about these concerns but do recognize when they are thirsty. With your help, I would like to offer them the opportunity that I feel most comfortable with myself.
