My Students

I would love it if my students were as current as possible with all of the technology that is available these days. My biggest challenge is not only the ever changing technology, but the lack of funding to stay as up to date as possible.

Our vision statement includes students that are technologically capable and resourceful.

I would say that sums up my students very well. They are very technologically capable, with the technology that we have available already. Also, they are very resourceful. These materials would just add to their abilities in so many ways.

My Project

The overwhelming creativity that will be found with the Osmo Gaming System for iPad Genius Kits Newton and Masterpiece applications is phenomenal. Increase fact fluency scores with the Numbers application, as well as decoding skills with the Words application. The power of this resource seems endless!

Adding a product like this to our classroom, will be a tremendous help in helping them improve their spacial sense, mathematical practices, and literacy skills.

All while having fun with an engaging piece of technology.
