My Project
My class is in need of new headphones to replace our current headphones which have been well loved over the past 4 years. As the school year began, we found that many of our current headphones are no longer working correctly and they are difficult to hear out of at times. Not having a class set of working headphones has been challenging when the students are required to complete daily lessons on the computer through our curriculum.
My students are noticeably more focused when they are able to hear their work and keep their hands busy.
Calming, texturized stickers on each desk will help keep busy hands and minds focused on the tasks provided during math class.
Finally, there are many students who are unable to come to school each day prepared to work with pencils. As a result, I find myself buying hundreds of pencils a year to keep up with the demand. Having extra pencils on hand is extremely important for my students' success.
