Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

In K5, we learn a lot throughout the year about how to help the community around us. One of our favorite units is "Human Impacts on the Environment."

We want to be able to have our students practice ways to help the Earth thrive through hands-on experiences like decorating these reusable tote bags and planting seeds in the soil to start their own garden!

The bags will be decorated and can be reused.

As a public school, we often don't have the budget to do big projects such as these. Your donations will help make our student's education more equitable to those who have more adequate funding.
