This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students choose a club to partake in every Friday! One of our favorites is community service club where students take on several projects throughout the school, including recycling for the entire building!
Recycling carts and bins will help streamline our process for our incredible student volunteers as they haul recycling from 50+ rooms every Friday.
Their dedication to community service and the environment is inspiring to our student body.
Carts help minimize trips and time spent running from rooms to the outdoor large receptacle. Community service is so important to our community, and it is so impactful to make a difference in your school!
