Recovering from Hurricane Harvey

My students need basic school supplies like notebooks, pencil boxes, and folders. We are also asking for general classroom necessities like a pencil sharpener, brads, and highlighters

My Students

My 4th grade students will be jumping for joy when they arrive at school and find that they have school supplies! After Hurricane Harvey devastated our small coastal town, we have been making every effort to take some of the financial burden off of these special families that are struggling to rebuild their homes and lives. Your generous donations will assure these special kids will have everything they need to start the year off on the right foot. Thank you!

My Project

My English, Language Arts, Reading and Social Studies students will be able to keep organized and have information at their fingertips with the composition and notebooks that your donation will provide.

Providing pencil boxes will give the children a sense of ownership and pride in the tools necessary for successful learning.

It will be a particular advantage that all of the supplies are similar and equal. Post-it notes, flags, and highlighters allow allow easy and clear access to main ideas.

Items like tape dispensers, hole punches, pencil sharpeners, and folders ensure that the structure of the classroom is easily managed.
