This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are tremendously lucky to be experiencing learning through reverse arts integration techniques in my music enrichment classes.
In order for them to engage with their sound and their performance more intently, I’d like to create a recording space for them to listen and reflect on their performances in the moment.
I have been dreaming about this type of set up since my graduate school days. It would be great research on the impact of music technology and the recording process happening in schools to deliver educational standards to the highest degree.
I would love your help to offer this idea and opportunity to my students at W.I.A. School.
