My Project

I am a reading specialist who serves kindergarten-6th grade students. We meet daily in a pull-out program. My students work diligently to improve their reading skills and respond well to positive reinforcement. I am requesting the opportunity to provide tangible incentives for my students to celebrate all of their small victories.

Positive reinforcement promotes both short and long-term benefits for students.

Items such as the requested notebooks, pencils, pens, squishies, candy, and stickers will be used daily as incentives for my students. The entire population which I serve is reading below grade level and would benefit from positivity on a regular basis.
