This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students need Chromebooks for most of their classes. Having Chromebooks in the classroom will allow my students to have backup devices in the classrooms. Students often encounter hurdles outside of their control. Sometimes their Chromebooks do not charge overnight at home. Other times their Chromebooks are not working properly and need to be fixed, but this might take days.
Chromebooks and a charging station in the classroom will ensure that students are not falling behind in their learning due to things out of their control.
The charging station and those Chromebooks will stay in the classroom as backup. Students will be able to use the devices during the day as needed.
