Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The 2023-2024 school year is right around the corner! I am restocking all cleaning supplies for my classroom! As well as requesting more toner, dry erase markers and new activities for classroom stations.

Our ancillary classes rotate daily and with 125 students rotating daily the cleaning supplies deplete quickly.

This year I am hoping to teach students how to use one of the oldest calculators! The abacus! With this students will be able to practice using their numbers in Spanish to do complex math problems with a simple device. I also am requesting a clock manipulative for our time station.
