My students need a battery charger, rechargeable batteries, and headphones so they can use their LeapPad and Leapster without disturbing the other students around them.

My Students

Technology is the way to reach children today and so many of my children do not have technology available in their homes that I want to make sure I am able to provide it for them on a daily basis.

Our learning family consists of twenty kindergarten children in a Title One school in the great state of South Carolina.

We are a public schools housing K3 through third grade. My students come in every morning with a smile on their face and questions in their hearts. Their enthusiasm for learning is contagious.

My Project

My students love technology. They are so excited when it is their turn to go to the LeapPad or Leapster learning station. I want to be able to foster their eagerness for learning by providing them with age and educationally appropriate learning tools. It is heartbreaking to have to tell them they can't use the LeapPad or Leapster because the batteries are dead. Please help me provide my students with charging stations and rechargeable batteries so I never have to disappoint my students again.

Charging stations, rechargeable batteries, and headphones will allow my students to use the technology they love without disturbing the rest of the class.

Technology is a privilege that many of my children are not exposed to, except in school, and I want to make sure I always have that technology available for them.
