Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Welcome to fourth grade! It is often a flurry of excitement and curiosity. We often find ourselves out of our seats and actively learning around the classroom. Most of the time we wiggle while learning in our seats. Sometimes we dance away our multiplication facts or slap them with fly swatters.
We can't help it; we're active!
We learn best when we dance, run, or sing. We learn best when we move. We are active learners and you're welcome in our classroom.
My Project
Recess is an important part of the school day. It gives the students a chance to work on social skills and most days get some fresh air. Kids can't focus on learning 100% of the time and it is important that they have the chance to relax and play. That is why I am asking for resources for recess.
I am asking for games and toys for indoor and outdoor recess.
I am asking for board games and Twister for indoor recess. I am also asking for playground balls, jump ropes, ring toss, sidewalk chalk and frisbees for recess outside.
