My Project
I absolutely love how curious, creative, and resilient my students are. Each day, they come to class eager to explore, ask questions, and grow—not just academically, but also as individuals. They bring diverse perspectives, unique strengths, and so much heart into our learning space, which makes teaching them an absolute joy. They work hard every day and truly deserve time to play, recharge, and just be kids. Recess is not just a break—it’s an important part of how they reset and get ready to learn.
We’re in need of playground equipment to give my students more active, engaging play options.
We’re requesting soccer balls, double Dutch ropes, gaga balls, a flag football set, kickballs, sidewalk chalk, and hacky sacks to help our students stay active, build teamwork skills, and enjoy much-needed movement breaks.
These resources will encourage positive social interaction, help with coordination, and allow students to return to class refreshed and ready to focus.
