My Project

My students were provided dry erase desks this year to reduce the amount of paper we use and to lessen eraser debris and ripped papers. They need dry erase markers and erasers to go with their desks. We use the desks to practice math problems, writing sentences, writing down answers to call out questions, and note taking.

Community engagement is important to this age group and my 6th and 7th graders are developing their personalities, becoming products of their surroundings, and learning to be a part of daily groups in a kind, respectful, and cooperative manner.

Having equipment for recess is essential to group engagement and community building, learning to be good sports, sharing, and building their physical abilities.
