My students are bright, curious, and motivated learners! I teach fourth grade in a school that serves students in PreK through 5th grade and provides a safe learning environment, amazing teachers, and rigorous academics.
My students are excited to learn, curious about the world around them, and love to work with each other.
They come from a variety of backgrounds. My students are wonderful listeners and learners, actively participating every day to show me what they know, and asking questions to continue learning.
My Project
My students have recess indoors when the weather is bad. However, the board games are old, falling apart, and missing pieces! I am requesting games based off of the students' suggestions to play during indoor recess! The games include, Guess Who, Kanoodle, Old Maid, and Stacking Cups. My students will be able to improve their social skills as they play cooperatively. They will learn to take turns and be a good sport in each game.
My students are hard workers and deserve a break to play.
Your donations will allow the students to be able play indoors on bad weather days. The games will also give them the chance to play in groups. Thanks for your support!
