My Project
Have you ever wondered how students should learn about current events? In today’s society, modern technology captivates the minds of not only adults, but especially our students. Expecting students to sit in front of a tv that many may not have access to is not always the best choice. However, creating a time slot in class to explore news gives an equitable opportunity for learning. Immediately after reading, we will practice formulating a conducive summary of what the articles were about. This will increase their writing and comprehension skill set. I hope the initiative to build the culture of learning in my classroom setting is approved!
