This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My ELL students love reading, but they struggle reading from a screen. The following book is one that is embedded into our ELS curriculum, but I have noticed that my students don't focus as much as when the books or assignments are physical. Due to this, I am asking for help to receive the main book we will be reading this year, in physical form. If I could buy all the books myself I would, but it is a little hard. I have bought 5 books so far and I am in need of 25 more to complete my classroom set. So, if you are an active reader and love physical books, help my students and I be more successful. If you aren't an active reader, that's okay, you can still help with even the smallest of donations.
