This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every child deserves a classroom where they feel prepared, confident, and ready to learn. In our class, we are building strong foundations—academically, socially, and emotionally. But to do that, we need the right tools in our hands.

Many of my students come to school without the basic supplies they need: pencils, crayons, glue sticks, scissors, and even tissues.

These aren't just materials—they’re the building blocks of creativity, independence, and focus. Having personal supplies helps students stay organized, engage in hands-on activities, and take ownership of their learning.

With your support, I will provide students with a supply kit including:

Pencils and erasers

Crayons or colored pencils

Glue sticks and scissors

Dry erase markers

Pencil boxes

Tissues and hand sanitizer for classroom hygiene

Disinfecting wipes to keep our space clean and healthy
