Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our district educates approximately two hundred and fifty, residential and day students in kindergarten through grade twelve who have emotional, behavioral and learning problems. Most students reside here and live in cottages with an array of different staff members supporting them.

The computer lab is open to students in grades kindergarten through twelve.

Our classroom is designed to attract all ages and has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere of happiness to it when you enter. We try to keep a peaceful environment. Lessons are tailored to each student's ability and most often, one-on-one instruction is necessary.

My Project

Help me create fun and excitement in the classroom by challenging my students to compete with one another to earn this PS4 Pro! Many of my students are gamers and love their games like Call of Duty®: Black Ops 4, Gran Turismo Sport, and more! These games are optimized to look stunningly sharp and detailed when played on a 4K TV with a PS4 Pro.

Each student will be given the opportunity to earn this.

The first student to reach level 100, wins!! Let the typing begin!

Type to Achieve! Many are already past level 55! It's so nice to see them logged in on a Sunday night typing away!

This project will motivate my students to type and type! They will continually be on Nitrotype typing their little fingers away to success. Win or lose and with or without this PS4 Pro, they will all be winners with typing practice and increased accuracy and speed. Practice makes perfect!
