This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

During the last 28 years of teaching, I have observed that many of my students rely on the food provided in our school district. Many of our students are newly arrived migrants, I have tried to provide my students with snack care packages for the weekends.

It really does brighten up their day, when I provide snacks for my students!

Hunger is real and it amazes me how many of my students have not been receiving any form of healthy food. Please help me to provide them with a little joy with these snacks!
