Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
With the addition of these books to our classroom, students will be able to choose books that cover social and emotional well-being topics and books with characters that represent them! The graphic novels are high interest books and will encourage independent reading. Sports books will also capture the hearts of many students in our classroom!

My goal is to have a print rich classroom where my students LOVE to read! A reading survey was used for student input.
The sticky notes, pens, and holders will be used in our library so students can write the names of the books they have read and use the sticky notes as bookmarks.
