My Students
We are a class of 22 amazing students! We are historians, mathematicians, scientists, artists, engineers, musicians. We are scholars! Every individual strives to be a leader and achieve their goals.
Students come to school every day inspired, motivated, and eager to learn.
They may need guidance, but they are fully ready to take on the challenges. We are lucky to be in a school culture where teachers, students, and parents all work together to bring success to each individual! Way to go!
My Project
Students are back in the classroom after a long period of time being in distance learning. They are being challenged academically, and to ensure a balanced learning environment, we are focusing on their social-emotional development as well. Through partner and group board game time, students will engage in activities that build important socialization skills.
Students will learn to communicate with each other, build critical thinking skills, and challenge themselves in competitive play with the various board games.
In our District, we have themed days of the week, and Friday is Fun Friday! The wobbly chairs will allow students movement and opportunity to change their seating environment during Fun Friday Center Rotation Time. It will be a time of social and emotional bonding, which is something the students all need right now in addition to academic learning!
