Ready, Set, Learn: Essentials for the New Year!

Help me give my students an air purifier, pocket chart, disposable face masks, and other items for a clean, safe, and supportive classroom filled with essential supplies for daily learning, organization, and hands-on activities.

My Project

As a first-year teacher, I’m still working on getting many of the essentials I need to create a fully functional and supportive classroom environment. While I’ve been able to gather a few basics, there are still several important supplies that would help make our space feel comfortable, clean, and ready for learning. Items like Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, and an air purifier will help keep our classroom healthy and safe which is especially important as we start the year. I also hope to bring in more decorations and flexible learning areas in the future to make the classroom feel warm and welcoming.

My focus is on giving my students the foundational supplies they need to feel secure and supported.

These resources will help create a space where my students feel at home and ready to learn each day. My goal is to build a classroom where learning feels exciting, hands-on, and meaningful with tools and manipulatives for math and ELA centers along with activities for free time. This will give my students more opportunities to build their skills in fun and interactive ways.

My students are full of energy, creativity, and curiosity, and they deserve a classroom that reflects their potential. With your support, I can give them the essentials they need now, and keep building a space where they’ll continue to grow all year long.
