This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In first grade, we learn about the plant life cycle. What better way to bring that concept to life by allowing students to plant their own seeds and create a garden! We are requesting fast growing flower seeds, organic soil, plant food, a child-size trowel, and a watering can. These materials will allow the students to be able to plant their own tiny garden and watch their project come to life! The plastic bins will be used to store the extra materials so we can use them again for the next group of students.
