My Students
We are part of a Mass Customized Learning pilot for 80 learners ranging from ages of 5-10, with very unique backgrounds. A majority of our learners qualify for a free or reduced lunch. With our pilot program, our goal is to reach each learner's academic needs at their own developmental level. From the time our learners enter our studios, our focus is to meet those individual needs that foster their academic excellence. The learners also have the opportunity to work at their own pace.
We have a strong focus on STEM-based, hands-on learning opportunities.
This opportunity would be great for our learners to have as they work on various projects and activities. The goal is to make our kids career and workforce ready, while at the same time developing them into life-long learners.
My Project
These Osmo Genius Kits will provide our learners with a more fun and engaging way to learn! The Genius kits will allow our kids to become better readers, spellers, coders, and problem solvers!
Being in a customized setting, we know how important it is to provide our learners with a variety of choices!
We strive on giving our kids voice and choice, and we think this would be another terrific resource to have for our learners! We are always trying to find ways that our kids learn best, and we have realized that they love using technology. What better way to increase their engagement and passion for learning than by providing them with materials they will enjoy using?
