This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Do you know what I love about my students? It's that kindergarten is the beginning of a wonderful journey they are about to travel.
Ready: by having a small group station cart, we can find all their team materials that is separate from their individual materials, keeping them on task and ready to learn as a team.
Set, and go: at the cart they will have a variety of materials needed to be self-sufficient, especially with their own pencil grips, and colored printed laminated materials which will allow them to be independent and self-monitor their own work. Rotate: when the station is complete the class door bell will indicate to lower their voices, or that it is time to clean up, and or switch.
