This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

This grade promotion project for this school year will provide my students with an incentive to promote reading and spark confidence. They get to have written words of encouragement added by every teacher that has ever taught or impacted their life.

These amazing scholars will each receive a copy of the book Oh, the Places You'll Go!

that inspires them to reach for their dreams beyond the stars.

I will reward them on awards day or before the last day of school. This book encourages them to take chances. I cannot wait to see them reach their maximum purpose in life. I want to remind them that they are just as good as anyone. Not only will they read about it, but they will achieve it!
