Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our school's Student Council represents the voice of all students.

Our 4th and 5th grade students work hard to build school pride and encourage positive relationships within our school.

They also provide opportunities for students to cooperate and participate in school activities. During their meetings, the Student Council focuses on leadership, service, student voice, engagement, and school improvement.

My Project

My project is to provide a Polaroid camera and plenty to film to capture the hard work our Student Council is doing.

What a wonderful way to document how our Student Council gives back through participation in service projects, learning and practicing leadership skills, and showing pride and commitment in our school and community.

Your support will help showcase our Student Council as role models and leaders of our school. Their first project will be to plan a Spirit Day to motive student attendance and it would be wonderful to capture their efforts in action.
