My Students

My second-grade students embrace life. I love to give them opportunities to enhance their learning.

They still have the wonder and curiosity that makes teaching them such a pleasure, but they are beginning to comprehend and empathize on a much deeper level.

They grow each day and need lots of time to socialize and dialog with peers to understand the concepts being taught. Hands-on activities will reinforce what they are learning.

My Project

My students use computers for so many different wonderful programs. The headphones will ensure that each student can use the websites with fewer distractions and will be able to hear what they need to hear without begin distracting others.

The books and magazines will ensure that my students have relative, interesting reading materials to work on the skills I am teaching them in class.

The Scholastic News has fun articles that will pique my student's curiosity, and the classroom set of books will refresh my worn library.
