My Students

Do you remember the first time you lost yourself in a book?

My students come from diverse backgrounds and have a wide range of educational needs that often make it difficult to focus on reading.

They are eager and excited to read but often lose enthusiasm once reading time has begun due to environmental factors.

My Project

These materials will create a cozy reading corner for my students to escape to. A neatly organized book space will allow my students to quickly choose a book at their reading level. Bean bag chairs will allow them to be comfortable while reading. Pointers and hear myself phones will help them to focus on the books they are reading.

This fully equipped space will allow my students to escape into a good book.

By creating a cozy reading corner my students will finally have the chance to lose themselves in quality literature.
