This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am very eager to accept the offered donation for subscriptions to Scholastic Magazine, ideally for all 120 students, but will accept heartily anything we get!

This is a "tried and true" publication that will greatly balance the students' reading and writing skills in light of technology and its "neon" lure.

The topics are current and/or informational and/or historical, written at the reading level of 6th-8th graders.

Sitting quietly with a magazine is something we've all enjoyed and I would love for my students to have that opportunity!
