Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In this project, I will use the Storyworks magazines as a supplement to engage my students into more diverse topics and world issues. The magazines will bring the real-life issues and modern news that traditional curriculum lacks and will provide my students with a peek into the world around them.

In addition the stem books about the environments will help students be more engage in our science lessons.

Students will benefit reading about the different environments and what we can do to conserve them. With the books they can conduct the research they need to complete
