My Project

The leveled guided reading books as well as the nonfiction leveled reading books will expose my students to important facts about historical people, places, and things to give them meaning and purpose during guided reading. My students will be able to read about the history on a level they can read with fluency, understand their reading and retain what they have learned by making text connections that will transfer over to other content areas. The topics in these leveled books will reach my students where they are as well as include topics about their hobbies, interests, and passions.
