My Project
Our students need options of chapter books for book clubs. Our 3rd-5th graders enjoy talking with others, and there isn't a better way to provide time in class to talking than with the use of book clubs!
With the use of interesting and engaging chapter books, our students will be able to not only enjoy reading, but will also be able to practice conversation skills, apply their knowledge of state standards, and also dig deeper into texts.
We are a Title I school and we are trying to provide an environment where students are encouraged to learn and to develop real life skills. Our current collect of book club books are not as engaging as our students deserve. We want to update our books to inspire our readers for years to come.
