My Project
My students are full of curiosity, energy, and imagination. Many of them come from homes where resources are limited, but the desire to learn and grow is strong. One of the most powerful ways we can support their learning is by encouraging reading beyond the classroom—especially reading together as a family.
This project will provide exciting, tangible rewards that motivate students to read with their families at home.
Whether it’s a bedtime story with a parent, reading with an older sibling, or discussing a favorite book around the dinner table, these moments build literacy, confidence, and stronger family bonds.
The rewards will include small incentives that celebrate students’ efforts and accomplishments. With your support, we can turn reading into a joyful, shared experience and build lifelong habits that start right in the heart of the home.
