Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Learning to read is hard. Having hands on fun materials helps to make learning to read FUN.

Beginning readers are in need of fun, hands-on materials; these toolkits will support them.

The toolkits will include magnet wands and chips, which allow students to be active learners. The toolkits will help students with their phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, and vocabulary. Having engaging materials means students are excited about learning. Using hands-on routines will help transform my students into successful readers. It is very important for kids to learn, and having fun is certainly the best way to do so!
