My Project

Students love to read when they have books that interest them. Our students love to read about diversity and making a difference. They also love to read graphic novels.

When students see we have the books they want to read, they will come to the Media Center to check them out.

When students read, they expand their vocabulary, enhance their critical thinking skills, and increase their knowledge about the topics they read. I want to give my students the tools they need to make a difference in this world. I want my students to have such a love for reading that they always have a book in their hands.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
