This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project will be immensely powerful for students. One of the best things we as educators can do to provide opportunity for success in academics is foster a love for reading, and increase literacy rates across America. The best way to do this, even in elementary school, is through high-interest literature studies.
By funding this project, you will be directly impacting these student's world view and creating an environment where they can be set up for success in a multitude of ways.
Not only through deepening their passion for literature, their skills in comprehension, but also through inspiring them that they are worthy and capable of finding success in the world.
