These supplies will be used to help our reading time be a bit more organized, and create a better classroom environment. The headphones will allow for a quieter atmosphere during listening station. I often have a listening station in our reading work stations every week. This allows my students who can't read the best be able to read harder books, but if everyone is playing a video outloud then it makes it hard to focus on the book. The headphones will make it easier to understand and focus. The baskets will allow me to organize my classroom library a bit better. As of now the books are very disorganized making it hard for my students to find books they want to read or books that are in their reading level.
My hopes are that these supplies can create a more organized and peaceful reading environment for my students.
