Reading Through The Arts!

Help me give my students an HP Color Printer, dot-to-dot markers, colored pencils, and markers to engage them as they read, to use illustrations and drawings in their reading assignments as they print their reading projects in color.

Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

As we approach the season of spring and the end of school, I am excited to share my children's creativity and imagination through their reading and art projects. To make this possible, we need your support.

My students are enthusiastic and talented, eager to express themselves by reading, painting, and writing about their pictures.

Printing them out in color draws attention to the excellent writings and drawings they have done on the projects.

I aim to provide my students with the necessary art supplies (colored pencils, dot-to-dot markers, Crayola markers, and an HP Color Printer).

We use visual art activities in class to improve students’ reading, writing, and art skills. My students come from low-income families and your generous contribution can make a difference in ensuring every child has access to the tools they need to make their reading projects come alive through the arts.
