This is the second year of our gender and identity elective, and I am looking forward to expanding my resources based on what I learned teaching the course last year. Having a printed copy of the texts will help my students read and annotate.
Last year, students mentioned how much they enjoyed reading Ace by Angela Chen.
Many students said it was one of the most interesting and challenging texts they'd read, and that they enjoyed the discussions the book sparked. That is why I'd like to order more books, especially since many more students are signed up to take the course this year.
