Reading Made Fun

Help me give my students high interest reading activities which I can purchase with a Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) gift card.

My Project

My students need some current, high-interest activities to do when reading so they can learn that reading is fun! Over the years, I have seen a difference in my students’ attitudes towards reading when they have high-interest activities to do when reading books. I would like to provide them with some activities that would also incorporate STEM into their learning.

I want to add new materials/resources to my curriculum that are fun, engaging, and hands-on.

The Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) gift card will allow me to purchase STEM resources that are new and exciting. The resources I will purchase from Teachers Pay Teachers will allow me to differentiate my teaching in order to better meet the needs of all my students.

My second graders will benefit from these items now and for years to come by learning to be lifelong readers.
