My Students
My students a group of vibrant fifth graders who look forward to any and every learning experience they can have. My students come from various backgrounds and different experiences. Each one is unique in their own way. Each students wants to explore the world in their own way.
My students are fifty-two, energetic, fifth graders ready to take the world by storm.
Starving to read the pages of novels that include heroines and heroes like them; book worms in making.
My Project
I strongly believe that books are a free ticket to the world. You can travel to Africa. You could learn about Malala and become your favorite wizard and still make it home to dinner in time.
This project is more about expanding the love of reading for my students like it was for me.
Through the pages of a book, a student can grow. As a young girl, my fifth grade teacher instilled the love of reading through Harry Potter. This one book turned me into a book worm. This is the same love I wish to instill in my students.
