This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want to grow a love of reading within our classroom. These chairs and headphones will help us build a climate of safety and an enviroment where we can loose ourselves in reading. I hope that this becomes a space away from our regular learning spots that will help them be carried away to a ship crossing the deepest of seas, a jungle full of the most interesting of animals, a cave where they may find the rarest of jewels, or a space where they can learn about our world and how our actions have consequences that will affect our community and even the world.
