it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are in first grade and are both curious and playful. They're constantly eager to learn something new and enjoy using hands-on items in the classroom. This year, we need more books for our library corner, particularly those that are varied.
Diverse reading empowers kids to take control of their learning and choose the best choices for them.
During independent reading, individuals select their own book to read. Currently, my students are choosing to read a diverse range of works. I do my best to ensure that my kids have access to a variety of reading. When my students are given a choice of books to read, I see incredible variances. They almost always get more interested in what they're reading.
When my kids have a choice of what to read, they become considerably more interested and less disruptive of their peers. The books I've chosen will benefit my students by providing them with extra reading options, allowing them to make more effective learning decisions. These books will be incredibly beneficial to some students who desire to broaden their vocabulary and read more.
I'm requesting a selection of multicultural stories to accommodate the diverse reading levels in the class. My students also require some school items to assist them complete various school projects.
I've witnessed how having a variety of literature options can improve my kids' reading engagement and academic performance.
