This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are amazing little scholars. They are 4 and 5 year olds who want to know everything. They are inquisitive and have a strong desire to fill their minds. I am requesting a carpet and comfy couch.
"Today's Readers are Tomorrow's Leader." Although some cannot read words yet, they need exposure to print, imagination story telling, and reading for fun and pleasure.
Reading can be magical. Help me create a library where the students want to sit and just read for pleasure. Where they build a foundation that allows them to love books and the act of reading. A magical place where their imagination can take them anywhere they want to through books.
